At Parkview, we value time spent developing a tribe-like culture where every child feels like they belong. This is practiced monthly during PV Tribe activities when bigs and littles join together to complete a worthy task that builds character and camaraderie. Last week during Read Across America Week, our 2nd graders read to preschoolers and once again proved to us the value of such an experience. Shared reading provides struggling readers with support and ensures all students feel successful. This picture doesn't adequately portray the joy experienced by the preschoolers, nor the pride and leadership shown by the 2nd graders as they proudly modeled their teachers by asking their students questions about the text. To say we are proud is an understatement. 🥰👏 #dragonsrise

Hello, PV Tribe! Hope you're all enjoying your snow day! Today was originally scheduled to be our 100th day of school. With the cancellation of classes today, we need to make some adjustments. Tomorrow will be the 100th day of school celebration for Full-Day Preschool as well as K-2 students. These teachers will continue with their planned activities and will notify you if there are any changes to their grade-level plans.
Due to our Early Childhood Screenings being held at Parkview tomorrow, February 10th, AM/PM Preschool classes are cancelled for the day. Their 100th day of school will be Monday, February 13th, so they will celebrate on Monday. These teachers will also notify you if need be.
