Tomorrow, June 14th is Laser Tag Day for CVMS Summer School (4th-8th grade students). Please send students to school with tennis shoes and athletic clothing.


Students in Ms. Kemper's class did a cookie lab yesterday! Students had to practice making predictions and observations on whether cookies would sink or float.











Ms. McIntosh's science class learned about waves today! What an awesome activity!

Today, Ms. Notch's students each created their own quilt! What a great way to practice drawing shapes and calculating perimeter and area!





In Ms. Janovec's class, students created chalk sketches of the setting of their short story. The story takes place on Venus and is in constant rain.

Open House for CVMS Summer School for incoming grades 4-8 is tonight from 5pm-6pm!
Summer School begins Wednesday, May 31st, from 7:30am-2:15pm, and ends on June 27th.
You should have received an email yesterday afternoon if your student is enrolled.

Cameron Returning Student Registration is due June 7. If you have submitted your child's forms, thank you! If you have not started, check your email for instructions. Staff are available for questions M-F, 8:00 am -3:00 pm. Wishing you a safe, fun-filled weekend and summer!

If your child was absent on the last day of school, their grade card may be picked up at the CIS office until Wednesday, May 31st from 8:00-12:00, 1:00-3:00.

Bus 19 was involved in an accident this afternoon. There were no injuries and the students were quickly loaded on to a second bus. Parents of students riding Bus 19 were immediately notified of the accident and delay. We want to thank everyone for their quick response and assistance and wish our students, staff and families a safe, relaxing summer!

Due to the weather, the remainder of CIS field day has to be moved inside the gym. There will be a shortened schedule. 5th grade starting at 10:20 and 3rd approximately 12:00.

CIS Field Day is tomorrow at the football field. Sunscreen and running shoes are recommended for students. Parents are welcome to come watch from the stands.
