We wish to congratulate all of our students who advanced to State as well as Mrs. Holmes and Mrs. Woosley, instructors, as it is an incredible accomplishment requiring hours of dedication and preparation to compete on this level.
Harrison Lowenstein placed first at the state level in Individual Documentary with his project titled, “From Silence to Science: How the Fujita Scale and the 1974 Super Outbreak Changed Meteorology Forever.” He will be advancing to the National History Day Contest in Washington DC, representing our school and the state of Missouri at Nationals in June. Congratulations, Harrison, and best of luck at Nationals!
