The first practice for 7th & 8th graders will be after school on Wednesday, August 20th and will end at 4:30pm.  Athletes need to have a completed physical turned in to the office, running shoes, running clothes (shorts, t-shirt), and a water bottle for every practice.  We will meet in room 102 after school on the 20th before going outside to practice.  More information will be provided at that time.
