Parkview Elementary is excited to "Round Up" our next group of Kindergartners! Please complete this form if your child will be five years old on or before August 1, 2023, and you are planning to send him/her to Kindergarten at Parkview during the 2023-2024 school year. The information obtained in this form helps us prepare for the upcoming year to ensure we have enough teachers, resources, furniture, and supplies. It also provides us with your contact information so we can send you official enrollment forms, information about Summer School, Open House, etc.
Kindergarten Round Up will be held on Monday, April 3rd. Students currently enrolled in Parkview Preschool will be screened during the regular school day. Parents of students new to Parkview will need to complete this form. Families will be contacted by the school to schedule a screening appointment on April 3rd.
