Screenings will be held for children ages 3 months to 5 years old who reside within the
boundaries of the Cameron School District on March 17th, and March 24th at Parkview
Elementary. To schedule an appointment, please call 816-882-1035.
To be considered for the Cameron R-1 Preschool Program, your child must be 3 years
old by August 1st, 2023 and must complete a screening. Space is limited so schedule
your appointment ASAP! If your child is currently attending preschool at Parkview, they
do not need to be screened again. Screenings are good for one year so if your child
has not been screened since August, 2022, please call to have them screened.
Required information that must be brought to the screening: immunization record, birth
certificate, proof of residency (current electric, gas, or utility bill/ copy of paid personal
tax receipt/ deed of trust/ notarized rental or lease agreement). Copies can be made at
the screening.
