Cameron R-1 School District

As a vendor suggested by DESE and Gov. Parson's office, Cameron R-I School District currently utilizes the RaptorLink services as our security system.  Our district was recently notified that in January 2023, the RaptorLink logs may have been externally accessible.  These logs are lists comprised of the names and school identification numbers of students, staff and guardians; randomly assigned (by Raptor) “Transaction” numbers; and district identification numbers assigned by and only available to Raptor personnel.  No demographic or additional personally identifiable information, such as address, grade, school, contact information, or photos appear in these logs.  The purpose of these logs is simply to aid Raptor in remediating issues that may arise during the data import process.  The logs do not include any keys to the identification numbers, and the district is not identified in the data.  The company has assured all clients that this information is no longer accessible and does not believe that there has been any misuse of this information.
