Are you interested in your child attending the Cameron R-1 School District’s Preschool
Program for the 2023-2024 school year? If so, screenings will be held for children who
reside within the boundaries of the Cameron School District on February 10th, March
17th, and March 24th at Parkview Elementary. To schedule an appointment, please call

Required information that must be brought to the screening: immunization record, birth
certificate, proof of residency (current electric, gas, or utility bill/ copy of paid personal
tax receipt/ deed of trust/ notarized rental or lease agreement). Copies can be made
the date of the screening.
To be considered for the preschool program, your child must be 3 years old by August
1st, 2023 and must complete a screening. Space is limited so schedule your
appointment ASAP! If your child is currently in the program they do not need to be
screened again. Screenings are good for one year.
