The Cameron R-1 School District is accepting applications for a Parent Educator for the 2018-2019 school year. The Parent Educator will be responsible for planning, preparing and delivering direct parent education services to families and be able to communicate effectively with staff and parents. Applicants should be knowledgeable in basic computer skills and must have ONE of the following: 1)two-year degree or certificate in early childhood education, child development or nursing; 2) 60 semester hours of college credit and two years experience working with young children and parents, or 3)at least five years of successful experience in a program working with young children and their parents.
