Wow!!! What a life experience!! Thank you so much for your patience with us as we dive head first into uncharted territory. Information about food services was sent out from the Central Office on March 18. If you have questions about it, please contact Donna Frazier at firstname.lastname@example.org. With information changing hourly, please know that the information below is as up-to-date as possible, but could likely change between when this is sent out and when you are actually reading this.
Alternative Method of Instruction at CVMS:
Based on the technology letter sent home on March 13, online learning will be provided to students who have internet access. Teachers will be available for assistance via email from 9-11 am daily. All assignments will be graded. See below for postings and due dates.
Assignments will be posted March 24 and March 30 by 8 am.
All online assignments should be completed by the re-opening of CVMS.
Based on the technology letter sent home on March 13, learning packets are provided to students who do not have internet access and/or technology devices at home. Teachers will be available for assistance via email from 9-11 am daily. Packets should be returned (at this time) to CVMS upon return to school. All assignments will be graded.
Conferences have been canceled. How can you still celebrate with your student? He/she has their presentation ready to go online! Ask your kiddo to share with you their hard work. They’d love to brag about their success, create action plans for improvements and hear words of affirmation from their biggest fans...YOU!!!
If you would like to schedule a face-to-face meeting with the teachers, please contact them via email or phone. They will work with you to set up an appointment in the future.
It’s that time of year!! Parent feedback is vital to the growth of CVMS. Please take a few minutes to complete the Measurable Results Survey created by the Franklin Covey Foundation for our Lead program. While the survey says it takes a while, it really doesn’t take as long as it says. Some of you might have completed this at conferences. If so, thank you. If not, please do so. THANK YOU for taking the time to provide us with the important feedback we need to help our building grow.
Families: Please ask your student about CVMS's 7 Habits at Home poster challenge. We hope this activity provides a fun way to talk with your child about what he/she is learning about leadership. These will be due upon returning to the building. What a great family activity for the upcoming days!!!
